All you need is a touch-tone phone to give you up-to-date information 24 hours a day. Each account is protected by your own personal identification number, assuring every transaction or inquiry to be strictly confidential.

To access the Valley Automated Account Line, simply dial the toll-free number shown above and listen for the menu options. Have your account number and 4-digit PIN number available. The PIN is initially the last 4 digits of the primary account holder's Social Security number and must be changed the first time you use the system. When you hear the menu option you desire, press the corresponding number on your touch-tone phone.
